Gemma Scanlan - Administration Support - Customer Service Team

Gemma joined the team in 2018 after a career change. She previously worked as a childminder for 6 years. Since joining the team she has obtained her CF1 qualification.

Gemma will most likely be one of your first contacts when phoning or visiting the office. She is responsible for answering the phones and dealing with any day to day queries that may come in via phone and email. She is also responsible for arranging the advisers diaries and arranging periodic reviews, new enquires and any other business and client appointment preparation.

Outside of the office Gemma enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their 3 children and 3 dogs. She also enjoys long walks and camping holidays.
