Meet the Team / Laura Blackwell
Laura Blackwell - Paraplanner
Laura joined the office in July 2021 after working at Marsden Building Society for 8 years with her last role being a Mortgage Underwriter. Laura has her CeMAP and CeRAR mortgage qualifications and since she has been with the team has also obtained her R01 and R05 in Protection qualifications and is looking at enhancing her knowledge by taking more qualifications.
Laura's role is to support the advisers with keying in applications and typing up the suitability reports. She also sits in on client meetings to take any notes needed.
Outside of the office Laura enjoys keeping fit by playing netball and walking her cockapoo Mabel. She also has a big love of travelling and spends time socialising with friends and family.
