Lucy Worden - Administration Support - Customer Service Team
Lucy joined the team in October 2016having spent two years working for a Skipton Estate Agent. She decided she would like a career change and that she would like to go down the financial route. She has already gained her CF1 qualification and is currently studying for her R05 qualification in Protection to further broaden her knowledge.
Lucy is most likely to be one of your first points of contact when phoning and visiting the office. She is responsible for arranging the diary for all advisers for periodic reviews, new enquiries and any other business. She also deals with day-to-day queries that may come in via phone and email and client appointment preparation.
Outside of the office Lucy enjoys spending time with her partner Dan and going on long walks with their two dogs Rupert and Woody. She also enjoys spending time socialising with her friends and family.
